A nonrefundable deposit is required for all filler appointments. This deposit will be applied towards the service. If the appointment is missed or not canceled within 24 hours, the deposit will be forfeited.
To book an appointment, a credit card is required. If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, 50% of the service fee will be charged. Additionally, for certain types of filler appointments, there will be an automatic nonrefundable charge of $200 if you do not show up or reschedule within 24 hours.
